APP TERMS OF USE

This App (as defined below), whether accessed via mobile application, website, or any other means, is owned and operated by SOCIALIGHT LTD, a company registered in Bulgaria with its principal office at Slabyanska 4, 2850 Petrich, Bulgaria (“us”, “we”, “our”, and “SOCIALIGHT”). Your use of our App is governed by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly, as we reserve the right to update them at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use our App, you agree to these Terms in full. If you are not able to form a legally binding contract under applicable laws or do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of our App.
1. INTRODUCTION
Definitions

“App” refers to the digital service we provide, accessible via mobile application, website, or any device that can connect to our App.

“Member” means a social media influencer, socialite, celebrity, model, promoter, presenter, or other influential person accepted by SOCIALIGHT and granted an account to access Promotions (as defined below).

“Service Provider” means any designer, venue, event company, brand, or business approved by SOCIALIGHT to provide Promotions to Members.

“Promotion” or “Promotions” refers to any event, product, or service that a Service Provider wishes to make available to Members under these Terms.
Third-Party Terms
Certain features of our App may be subject to third-party terms, including those governing the provision of services, products, or events, and the terms applicable to Promotions. Members and Service Providers must comply with such additional terms, which supplement (not replace) these Terms. SOCIALIGHT only facilitates connections between Members and Service Providers; we do not employ Members or have affiliations with Service Providers or Promotions. Each Promotion is subject to the Service Provider’s terms, and it is the Member’s responsibility to review and comply with those terms. Service Providers must ensure their terms are lawful, reasonable, and accessible. These third-party terms are enforceable as part of these Terms.
License to Use
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use our App. We reserve the right to revoke this license at any time.
Lawful Use
You agree to use our App only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights or restrict the use of the App by others.
Restrictions

You may not modify, create derivative works from, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from any part of our App.

You may not use our App to develop a similar or competing service.

No part of our App may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, or transmitted in any form without our written consent.

All copyright and proprietary notices must be retained on all copies of content from our App.

Any updates or new features of our App will be subject to these Terms.
Modifications
We reserve the right to amend these Terms, suspend or discontinue the App, or restrict your access at any time without notice. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms regularly.
No Support or Warranty
We are not obligated to provide support or maintenance for the App. We cannot guarantee the App will be free from viruses or harmful code; you are responsible for ensuring your device is protected.
Term
These Terms remain effective as long as you use our App. They apply whenever you register as a Member, submit or accept a Promotion, or otherwise interact with our App.
2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
SOCIALIGHT provides an online App for Service Providers to connect with Members and for Members to access Promotions. Service Providers submit Promotion requests through their account, and SOCIALIGHT will review and process these internally. Acceptance of Promotion requests is at SOCIALIGHT’s sole discretion, typically on a first-come, first-served basis, but may be declined for any reason, including appropriateness or capacity. Confirmation is usually provided within 24 hours, with possible requests for additional information. Once a Promotion is accepted, SOCIALIGHT will select suitable Members and provide them with Promotion details. Members may accept or reject Promotions. Once confirmed, Members are expected to attend on time, behave appropriately, and represent SOCIALIGHT professionally, including posting about the Promotion on their social media (e.g., Instagram). Service Provider feedback on Members is required and forms part of the Promotion process.
3. ACCOUNT CREATION
To participate as a Service Provider or Member, you must create an account with SOCIALIGHT. Account approval is at SOCIALIGHT’s discretion, and we may suspend or delete accounts without notice or explanation. Upon approval, you will receive a confirmation email and a profile will be created for you, which may include personal information such as your photo, social media links, age, contact details, and other necessary information. We reserve the right to share this information as needed. You are responsible for providing accurate, up-to-date information and must update your profile as needed. We may request documentation to verify your details and are not liable for any consequences resulting from inaccurate information.
All interactions between Members and Service Providers must remain professional. Service Providers can provide feedback on Members after each Promotion, including punctuality, conduct, and social media activity. Positive feedback increases eligibility for future Promotions. Both Members and Service Providers must comply with all relevant laws and must not infringe on third-party rights, post misleading or offensive content, or impersonate others. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and must not share your account. You are liable for all activity under your account.
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The relationship for each Promotion is strictly between the Member and the Service Provider. You are solely responsible for your Promotions (as a Service Provider) and your conduct (as a Member) while using our App. SOCIALIGHT makes no guarantees regarding the quality, availability, or conduct of Members, Service Providers, or Promotions. Use of the App for illegal activities, including prostitution, is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension and reporting to authorities. Both Members and Service Providers act as independent contractors, and SOCIALIGHT is not responsible for their actions. You agree to indemnify and hold SOCIALIGHT and its affiliates harmless from any claims arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or any applicable laws.
5. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Greek law and the laws of the European Union.

Your privacy is important to us. SOCIALIGHT LTD is committed to protecting your personal information and complying with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and relevant Greek and EU legislation. 8. Copyright Infringement Reporting
SOCIALIGHT LTD respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content on our app infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please notify us at info@socialight.vip. Include:

Misuse or abuse of the app or its features
